The release of MLB 14: The Show on PlayStation 3 is just over a week away, and it has finally been confirmed by Sony that there will, once again, be no pre-release demo for the game. This marks four of the last five years that MLB The Show won’t see a pre-release demo.
Mike’s Musings: With new features like player lock and quick counts added, it would have been nice to see a demo so fans can get an idea of how these features will work towards making games play faster. Alas, that isn’t the case, and fans will simply have to drop the $60 on the game in order to see the new feature in action. Hopefully a trade-up offer is announced for fans wanting to get MLB 14 on PS3 to kill time until the game is released in May on PS4.
