3.Dark Cloud 2

I could take or leave the first Dark Cloud game. It had some interesting ideas, but clumsy execution and not great combat. The sequel, however did what pretty much every sequel really strives to do and few achieve with such fantastic results. The story was way better, the combat was vastly improved and they had some very fun systems going on like the photography/crafting system where you took pictures of things to craft new items and equipment (a lot of which didn’t make much sense, but that was part of the fun). I do still have a PS2 and a copy of this that I occasionally take for a spin (especially during dry release spells) but oh would I love to have it on a current console with updated visuals.
