Evolve Release Date Leaked

An Australian retailer may have let the cat out of the bag as to the release date for upcoming co-op shooter Evolve. According to the image below, Evolve has a release date of either September 5, 2014 or May 9, 2014. Both days happen to be a Friday, so it wouldn’t be a surprise should the game be released on either of those dates.

A Reddit user came across the date while browsing online

It’s still possible, obviously, that the date listed in the image is nothing more than a placeholder date. That being said, it will be interested to see if either 2k games or Turtle Rock Studios come out and address the rumors of a release date.

Gamesided has reached out to both developer and publisher for comment on the matter.
