Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Receives Launch Trailer

Flying under the radar this week is the release of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2. To get people excited and (perhaps) aware, Konami has provided a launch trailer, highlighting some of the central aspects of the game.

Admittedly there is not much told in terms of the game’s story, but focuses more on the characters and their combative actions. Playing as Gabriel Belmont once again, the trailer shows off a variety of interesting opponents, huge monstrosities, new weapons and one foe that is, in no way, the Capra Demon from Dark Souls. There is a great deal of blood and gore shown, as our protagonist is prone to offing attackers with gruesome brutality and a staunch anger.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will be released tomorrow, February 25th, on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Our review of the game will be up very early tomorrow morning, as well.
