REPORT: Amazon to Release Set-Top Box In March

Sources close to the situation have told Recode.com that Amazon is going to be releasing it’s own set-top box to the public next month.

The Android-powered box will be designed to compete with the likes of Apple TV and Roku. It is also expected that the box will support games much like the Ouya micro-conosole, and will cost less than $300. That information was reported by VG247.

Amazon has yet to comment officially on the reports.
