MLB 14 The Show Release Date Official

After months of rumor and speculation the release date for MLB 14 The Show has finally been revealed by Sony. The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of the game are coming April 1, while the PlayStation 4 version of MLB 14 The Show is expected to arrive at some point in May.

The reason for the delayed release for all versions of the game — MLB 13 The Show was released on March 5, 2013 — is that the development team at Sony is making sure that each version of the game is on par with one another in terms of features. The PS4 version of the game is releasing over a month later than its counterparts because of the team having much for technology to work with, and a brand new engine to hammer down for players.
