Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes Is Extremely Short
The latest issue of Game Informer magazine has rolled out, and the featured story of the month is all about Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.
The magazine got its nerdy (in a good way) hands on a new-final build of the game for the story, and after playing the game through, the people who played it want you to know that the game is really short. Just how short exactly? Well, not including any side missions or console-exclusive ones, they say that the game’s main mission was completed in less than two hours. That’s right, I said two hours!
“Judged just by the core story mission, Ground Zeroes is short. We completed it in just less than two hours,” Game Informer writes in the March issue of the Magazine.
Ground Zeroes launches on March 18 for Xbox 360 Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, and is a prologue to the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V. That reason right there could be why the game is reportedly so short. However, does the length of the game actually warrant the price — $20 digital, $30 physical on last-gen; $30 digital, $40 physical on current-gen? That remains to be seen.
