Jazz-Style Video Game Music Medley

Usually when someone does a medley of video game music covers it involves a guitar in some way shape or form. Well, YouTube user insaneintherainmusic decided to change that whole system up by laying down a medley of classic video game tracks in a smooth jazz style.

If you ask me, this sounds so much better than any hard rock cover medley that’s been done before, and that’s coming from a man who is short-sighted in his music preferences and tends to listen only to rock. Song covered in the video include the title theme and Route 4 from Pokemon Red & Blue, Fairy Fountain from The Legend of Zelda, Forest Funk from Super Meat Boy plus a couple others.
