Modding Total War: Rome 2 Just Got Easier
Ever wanted to add your own personal mod to your copy of Total War: Rome 2, but felt it was just a bit too hard to figure out how to actually go about doing it? Well, you’re in luck because Sega has released the beta of the official Assembly Kit for the game.
Players can access it via the Tools section of Steam.
The Assembly Kit allows modders, whether they are experienced or noobs, to edit the game’s database and variants, alter textures, models, animations and the starting positions of the campaign. Third party software will even allow experienced modders to change unit models and animations.
