Since going on sale as a standalone Steam early access title last month, the popular zombie hunter DayZ has reached a milestone that most major game developers and publishers can only dream about reaching.
That milestone is one million copies. That’s right, a PC game that is still in its Alpha testing stage has reached one million copies sold. The creator of the game Dean Hall announced the news on Twitter Monday evening.

With the game already this successful without even being complete, one can only imagine how high the sales will go once the game is complete and fully-featured. Hopefully, that comes in the near future.
