Big Win NHL Skates Onto Android

The “Big Win” series of mobile sports games by Hothead Games has almost become its own little phenomenon. You can find football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer and racing games that all share the same basic framework, and some of them even have real pro league team and player licenses.

“Big Win NHL” is one of those that does, featuring over 750 real NHL players and dozens of authentic uniforms. Gamers have been enjoying it for the 2013-14 season on iOS devices, and now it’s made a move to Android too. The game is available for free through Google Play, bringing with it three distinct play modes: Quest for the Cup, Friends Mode, and Events Mode.
