Steam Autumn Sale 2013 Has Begun With Day 1 Sales

It seemed odd when Divekick was yesterday’s Steam daily sale for only 24 hours. Those suspicions of a Fall sale have been confirmed today, as the Steam Autumn Sale of 2013 has now begun.

The week of sales begins today and goes through to next week, ending on December 3. There are several notable sales on the front page alone, including the following Day 1 deals (all prices in USD):

  • Sleeping Dogs – $4.99 (save 80%)
  • Terraria – $2.49 (save 75%)
  • Antichamber – $4.99 (save 75%)
  • The Walking Dead: Season 1 – $6.24 (save 75%)
  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – $7.49 (save 75%)
  • Left 4 Dead – $4.99 (save 75%)
  • Rogue Legacy  -$5.09 (save 66%)
  • Outlast – $6.79 (save 66%)
  • Prison Architect – $14.99 (save 50%)

Not only will the promotion continue to update with new daily sales (that generally last 48 hours), but flash sales will go up every 8 hours. These tend to have the strongest savings for new and old games. To kick off this year’s Steam Autumn Sale, for the next ~8 hours, you can get Space Hulk for $10.19 (66% off), Crysis 2: Maximum Edition for $7.49 (75% off), Castle Story for $13.39 (33% off) and Hammer Watch for $3.39 (66% off).

Amid the retail stores selling off their gaming wares for lower prices this Black Friday, don’t forget that the Steam Autumn Sale will also giving you savings for your PC games, as well. It’s likely to be the safest way to save money on gaming this holiday season.
