#2: Dr. Robotnik (Sonic the Hedgehog series)

Dr. Robotnik (or Eggman, as some would call him) is a self-indulgent madman. Yet another evil genius with an IQ over 300, Dr. Robotnik is either trying to turn all creatures into robots, take over the world, control the passage of time or some other evil plot. You can tell just how evil he is by his mustache, which might be the best mustache held by any villain in gaming. It defeats logic and physics by sprouting violently outwards from his upper lip, harnessing the power of the elder mustache gods to hold it afloat in the breeze. It could probably be classified as a weapon, seeing just how sharp it is.
