#3- Streets of Rage 2

The absolute best side-scrolling beat ’em up game, Streets of Rage 2 capitalized on the success of the original and made it even better. Rage 2 got rid of the specials from the first game, but made the fighting much more entertaining in the process by adding special punches and/or kicks.
