#8 – Phantasy Star IV

Phantasy Star IV was the Genesis’ competition for the uber-popular Final Fantasy series. Though it didn’t have nearly the same success that FF did over on Nintendo, PS IV is still one of the greatest RPGs ever released. Deep storytelling, graphically compelling and excellent game mechanics made Phantasy Star IV worthy of being one of the greatest of all-time.
