Dodgers vs Braves: Game 4
Momentum just happened to be on the Dodgers’ side, as they won their third straight game to clinch an NLCS berth.Juan Uribewas probably the series MVP and finished off this game by 3-3 with a triple short of the cycle, 5 RBI, 2 runs and a walk.Ricky Nolascomust have traded bodies in some sort of Freaky Friday experiment, as he had a complete game with 6 hits, an ER, 3 walks and 8 strikeouts.
Freddy Garciawas an odd choice to make for such an important game, but he was theprobable starter on the team’s homepage, so that’s what we went with. He proceeded to go only 4 innings and giving up 5 ER on 8 hits, 2 walks and 2 K’s.B.J. Uptonrock a .090 BA this series, going 0-4 in the series clincher and ending up with a golden sombrero (4 K’s). As aToronto Blue Jays fanwho is so accustomed to seeing him tee off against our sub-par pitching, good riddance!
