MLB 13: The Show NLDS Dodgers vs Braves Series Simulation
Dodgers vs Braves: Game 4
Momentum just happened to be on the Dodgers’ side, as they won their third straight game to clinch an NLCS berth. Juan Uribe was probably the series MVP and finished off this game by 3-3 with a triple short of the cycle, 5 RBI, 2 runs and a walk. Ricky Nolasco must have traded bodies in some sort of Freaky Friday experiment, as he had a complete game with 6 hits, an ER, 3 walks and 8 strikeouts.
Freddy Garcia was an odd choice to make for such an important game, but he was the probable starter on the team’s homepage, so that’s what we went with. He proceeded to go only 4 innings and giving up 5 ER on 8 hits, 2 walks and 2 K’s. B.J. Upton rock a .090 BA this series, going 0-4 in the series clincher and ending up with a golden sombrero (4 K’s). As a Toronto Blue Jays fan who is so accustomed to seeing him tee off against our sub-par pitching, good riddance!
Check back here tomorrow on GameSided, as we will be putting up series simulations between the Tigers vs Athletics and the Rays vs Red Sox.
