Conan O’Brien Reviews GTA 5, Is Hilarious

It seems that Conan O’Brien really lets his inner child out when playing video games. Despite repeating time and time again that he doesn’t like or is good at video games, you can tell that the late night talk show host lights up when exploring the virtual realms of video games.

This week, Conan O’Brien reviewed Grand Theft Auto V as part of his “Clueless Gamer” segment. In it, you see him playing as Trevor and Michael as Conan completes a few of the games missions and explores some of the more “lively” sides of GTA 5’s side quests and extra activities.

Coverage for this game is everywhere. Grand Theft Auto V is so successful it has made over $1 billion in sales within its first 3 days, a record that obliterates that made by Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, which took five times as long (15 days). It is obvious that this “Clueless Gamer” segment is used as a marketing tool for some of the top games near their release (including Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Hitman: Absolution and the new Tomb Raider), but it is one of Conan’s best and consistently funny segments, so it gets a free pass in my opinion.
