New York Giants @ Carolina Panthers

After losing in a big way to the Broncos in Week 2, the New York Giants went to Charlotte on a mission to get into the win column for the first time this season.

Mission accomplished.

Eli Manning completed 36 of his 47 pass attempts — 20 coming in the fourth quarter — to lead the Giants to a convincing win over the Carolina Panthers.

Victor Cruz caught 12 passes for 124 yards and two touchdowns. RB Brandon Jacobs ran for 68 yards and a touchdown.

For the Panthers, it was the third game this season in which they allowed a fourth-quarter lead to get away. The Panthers were up 17-16 early in the frame before the Giants poured it on to get the win.

Cam Newton threw for 260 yards, but went 0 for his last 12 pass attempts.
