16. Football Manager Handheld 2013

If you’ve ever played any of the “Football Manager” PC games, you can appreciate the work it must have taken for Sports Interactive to scale their all-encompassing soccer (sorry, I’m American) sim into a form that would fit on mobile devices without hogging every last bit of memory. It happened though, and fans of the beautiful game can either cheer or curse the fact that their free time can now be siphoned awayy every year on the go.

This isn’t a straight port either, which is why I felt okay putting it on the list. Features from “Football Manager Handheld” made their way into the main game last season, which is impressive considering everything already packed into the PC version. As a soccer announcer might say, the mobile game has shown its class.
