"The next game from the creators of “Journey” is still a few years off and will be coming to multiple platforms, according to Thatgamecompany.In an interview with The New Yorker, the studio’s creative director Jenova Chen said the next game is two years away from release at least.Chen explained that he had attended this year’s E3 to make sure no other studios had come up with a similar idea, and was happy to report they hadn’t.“I was proud to see that no one is doing what we’re doing, but also worried because I know why,” he said. “It’s risky.”"
"Earlier this week in a call with investors, Take-Two Interactive hinted that “Red Dead Redemption” is in line for a sequel, although there have been no official announcements concerning a second game, it’s something to be positive about.The developers of “Red Dead” – Rockstar – previously talked in quite high hopes for a sequel to the wild west game last July, telling fans to look out for further news in the future."

But now it’s really about user acquisition and paying big dollars to get the players you want for your games.”He told CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street“ that for now, Australia-based Halfbrick has been able to grow its users through “the virality of our games and word-of-mouth recommendations. …But I think we’ll have to look at user acquisition in the future.”"
