GDC Awards 2014: The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds Wins Best Handheld/Mobile Game

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds has won the award for Best Handheld/Mobile Game at the 2014 GDC Awards. The game beat out DEVICE 6 (Simogo), Fire Emblem: Awakening (Intelligent Systems/Nintendo), Ridiculous Fishing (Vlambeer) and Tearaway (Media Molecule/Sony).

A Link Between Worlds was a direct sequel of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and was one of the top overall games of 2013.
