Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Movie – Dream Cast List

The Metal Gear Solid series has always played heavily on its dialogue and storytelling. Much of the more recent games go so far as to take about 40-50% of the game devoted to cutscenes. You can tell director Hideo Kojima really loves the theatrical aspect of his games, so much to the point that he has been working on making a Metal Gear Solid movie since 2006.

Even though a fully-fledged feature film for Metal Gear Solid is still several years away, I always thought that the best way to approach a movie series about this prestigious gaming series is to start chronologically, beginning with Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Set in 1964, it would both show the evolution of the history of Naked Snake and his growing story within the games in an understandable way to new audiences.

Because such a movie is not being planned, I have brought it upon myself to create a dream cast for a Metal Gear Solid 3 movie. Each character will be provided with the most ideal or logical choice, as well as alternative options.
