"Players are reporting various problems with the newly-released Mac version of “SimCity.”The Mac edition was released on August 29 and within hours EA’s “SimCity” forum began to fill with complaints from customers who are apparently unable to play the game.Some players claimed they couldn’t access the game if launching it in a language other than English. Others say they can’t install the game because Origin thinks it’s already installed.While EA has released a “SimCity” Mac FAQ detailing fixes for many of these issues, it concedes that some remain unresolved."

"Former Epic Games designer Cliff “Cliffy B” Bleszinski continues to send out concept art for his new IP, this time showing an adult male walking with a child along a river bank with a city in the backdrop. He appears to have a backpack and a weapon, the entire image echoing The Last of Us in more than one way.Cliffy has been on a sabbatical from the gaming industry since leaving Epic Games, but has talked about working on a new IP called Silverstreak. Bleszinski is currently in the middle of putting a team together for development."

"Additional statistics have been revealed by Rockstar Games in regards to the upcoming Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 video game, “GTA 5.” According to a post from their official website on Aug. 30, the publisher provided more details in regards to the soundtrack plans for the newest release from the “Grand Theft Auto” franchise.The publisher disclosed that the virtual radio will feature 15 music stations along with two other talk radio stations. In total, the video game includes 240 licensed tracks, most of which are going to “encompass the breadth of the modern L.A. music scene.” “GTA 5” is set in Los Santos, a fictional metropolis that is heavily influenced by Los Angeles.In addition to the licensed music, the sequel also features 20 hours worth of “original, dynamic score.” The composition team includes Alchemist, Oh No, Tangerine Dream and Woody Jackson."
