Madden 25 Week 5 NFL Simulation
San Diego Chargers @ Oakland Raiders
The Raiders just don’t know how to hold on to leads.
Up 17-7 late in the second quarter, an Oakland fumble allowed the Chargers to make it a one-score game heading into the second half where San Diego would do all the scoring.
Philip Rivers drove San Diego downfield on the opening drive of the third quarter to kill of 11 minutes and tie the game at 17 with a six-yard touchdown pass to Antonio Gates. Four fourth-quarter field goals pulled the Chargers away from the Raiders.
Tarrelle Pryor finished with 108 yards rushing and a touchdown, but threw for just 106 yards and two interceptions. Darren McFadden scored the other Oakland touchdown.
