Possible Bug Discovered in Borderlands: the Pre-Sequel!

Already Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel players have been upset by a possible bug in the system. Numerous players have reported that on the level New Dimensions there is a possible campaign ending glitch.

You are ordered first to destroy a panel and then use the jump pad next to the panel to jump up to the second floor of the area. However, as players are now discovering, if they do not jump immediately, and instead go to fight off more enemies or open boxes, then the jump pad will fail later to give you enough boost to make it up to the second level.

This apparently also applies to those who enter the second level of the building and then fall back down. The panel, which cannot be unbroken and does not re-spawn once destroyed, flashes for a small amount of time, when you can use the boost to jump up. Seemingly, the only way to prevent this from disturbing game play is to turn off the system and restart from the previous save point before the panel is destroyed.

This could have been intentionally kept in as it was discovered during alpha testing by game designers, but seems like poor design. Discovery of this mechanic follows luke-warm reviews which praise the new oxygen and jump system, but claim that this installment is much of the same old from the series.
