3 New Characters Revealed For Bravely Second

We have some new details on 3 new key characters in the followup to Bravely Default, Bravely Second, along with a possible hint of a new job.

The featured image is from the latest issue of Japanese publication Shonen Jump, and reveals some details about 3 all new characters in Bravely Second. Firstly, the characters are Musketeers (yes, like the 3 Musketeers) in the Orthodoxy Knights who protect Pope Agnes. Their names are Yuu. Jean & Nikolai, and apparently Yuu will be the main protagonist in Bravely Second. All three have the same costume design, which may possibly hint at “musketeer” being one of the new jobs you’ll get to experiment with in Bravely Second.

A whole new brand of protagonists may be for the best as although I’m nearly finished with Bravely Default myself, I’m not particularly attached to any of the characters. Bravely Second does not yet have a U.S. release date, but given the game far exceeded sales expectations, we should definitely see it on these shores before too long.
