Certain words can hurt when applied in a hurtful manner by disparaging people, but aren’t arguably intrinsically hurtful by themselves. A great example of this is what webhallen.com is doing to kick of the Stockholm Pride Festival, as they are auctioning off a “Sony GayStation.” CVG reports that the proceeds will go to a local LGBT organization in Sweden.

Right now through August 3rd, participants can bid for the rainb0w-colored PS4 console that also includes 4 games, meaning that you’ll be able to plug in and play as soon as setting it up. Brilliantly promoted with the hashtag “thisisforthegaymers,” it plays on the “4ThePlayers” tag that Sony used when running its first advertisement for the company’s newest console.

It will cost a pretty penny if you want to pick up the GayStation for yourself. As of posting, the cost has risen to 18 600 Swedish Krona, which roughly equates to over $2,650 USD. But, with 100% of the money going to the Swedish Federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights, it’s definitely a worthy cause.
