‘Only on PlayStation’ Sale Starts Tomorrow, Games Up to 75% Off
What’s one way of competing with a competitor’s rumored upcoming sale? Preempt them with a sale of your own! The PlayStation Blog has announced the “Only on PlayStation” sale will start tomorrow, running all the way through to June 23rd. Sony exclusives for the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita will be on sale for up to 50% off for regular users, while PlayStation Plus members can expect sales of up to 75% off.

While the list may be small in availability for the PS4 and PS Vita, being able to pick up ICO and Shadow of the Colossus for $5 each should not be an opportunity to pass up, if you have not played these games. The hope is that it is a direct marketing approach to get PS3 owners to play classic Team ICO games ahead of an eventual The Last Guardian announcement, but that’s just extreme wishcasting that will go on until Sony announces the damn thing, already!
