E3 2014: GTA V Coming To PS4, Xbox One & PC In Fall 2014
GTA V is coming to PS4 this Fall 2014. It will also be coming to the Xbox One and PC, as well, but it is during the E3 2014 Sony Press Conference that the game was revealed to be ported to next-gen consoles.

Rockstar and Sony have been good partners in the past, premiering Grand Theft Auto games first on many PlayStation consoles. That’s why it makes sense for Sony to premiere the GTA V trailer, although it does kind of undercut the importance when Rockstar Games reveals the game will be going to competing platforms.
