Watch Dogs 101 Trailer Shows You The Game’s Ropes

There seems to be an unmeasurable amount of things to do in the upcoming open world hacking adventure game, Watch Dogs. That’s why Ubisoft wants to guide players towards where the action is by releasing a 101 trailer that highlights just exactly what you can do and who’s involved in the game.

In addition to learning more about your cast of friends (and enemies), the Watch Dogs 101 trailer also discusses specifics about the game’s driving, multiplayer, companion app and bonus events. In addition to taking digital trips that have you take over a robotic spider as it destroys downtown Chicago, you can also create a rampage with your vehicle in what looks to be a scorched-Earth hellfire driving adventure. Plus, there the chance to run obstacle courses to collect digital coins, with customizable and shareable online maps.

It’s clear that Ubisoft wants to provide a lot of bonus content to pad the length of Watch Dogs gameplay. With drop-in online multiplayer with competing human players, this should already be a given, but it does make me wonder how long the game’s main campaign lasts in comparison. Hopefully, we can expect to play Aiden’s story of redemption for more than 20 hours, but there seems to be more than enough content to satisfy the needs of many styles of gamers elsewhere within the fictional Chicago.

Watch Dogs is coming out this May 27th on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360. The Wii U release date is still unknown at this time.
