Die for the first time

Based on the revealed information, Dark Souls II looks to retain the same amount of covenants as its predecessor (Nine total), subtle reminders that it is a difficult game (“This Is Dark Souls), rewards for maxing out enhancements on an item, has at least 4 major schools of magic and the highest gamerscore achievement going to actually beating the game. Just exactly what the pros and cons of inheriting specific characters’ equipment mean for the story remains as much as a mystery as the lore for the game itself.

It is only a matter of time before we see better detailed information from Dark Souls II get released to the public. As the March 11th release date approaches for PS3 and Xbox 360, look for more trailers, interviews and announcements to come out of Namco Bandai. Being left wanting more questions answered and, “To die,” are the two things fans should prepare for.
